A number of our law firm clients are facing the challenge of creating appropriate back-to-office policies. An article in American Lawyer reports that Morgan Stanley’s Chief Legal Officer, Eric Grossman, is urging outside counsel to return to in-person work. Grossman stated that “we choose to hire you all because of the quality of your lawyers and the product they deliver.
